Manor Farm diversified from the beef farming sector of the farm, to converting sheds into commercial units. This included all drainage, new sewage tank, new oil interceptor, and all ducting to each unit.
Also the construction of a concrete yard and additional hard standing for car parking.

A farmstead project to create a new operating centre, that would provide 30,000 tons of storage, grain drying, handling, weighbridges, workshops, machinery storage, fertiliser storage, sprayer filling, and offices.

Constructed a 5000 ton grain store, by installing two spans for grain storage with underfloor cooling.

The construction phase plan provided innovative solutions for pouring 6 metre high in situ concrete walling and below floor ducting systems.

Once all the walls and ducting were accurately in place, a concrete floor was poured by using laser screed equipment and ride-on power float finishers to give a highly durable easy sweep surface.

Completed a deep excavation for Metro Rod Birmingham, for Rockwood Academy School, Birmingham. The school had a major collapse of a foul, which served a section of the school toilets. The initial excavation was 3.6m deep and only 2.5m from the main building. After a full site investigation, it was discovered that the school was on piles. A fully braced excavation with pile sheets was installed. This was then complicated further, when we exposed the collapse to find the whole run had dropped. A second excavation to the same standard, was required to relay all the section back to the manhole. After completion of the repairs, the excavation was back filled and new tarmac. The area was reinstated to better condition than we started.

A local landscape company acquired an old derelict nursery premises. Prior to relocating their new offices and machinery to the new premises, Hazwel Ltd completed all the groundworks. Hazwel Ltd provided the following services; dug out and prepared the yard this included drainage and a concreted yard.
